Mitchell Corn Palace Pictures , Mitchell South Dakota

On my way down I-90 headed to Sturgis I decided to take a swing through Mitchell South Dakota and see the famous place made of corn.  Its aptly named the Corn Palace of Mitchell.  Basically its a convention center that it is literally sided with corn.  One year on the way home I took a nap inside the corn palace while they showed a movie on the history of the Mitchell Corn Palace.  Admission is free of charge, it makes a good place to stop and stretch your legs.  Below you'll see some pictures of the corn palace.
