After installing Office XP My disk runs and my computer is slow.

Office XP has set your mail to synchronize when on-line every five minutes.

To correct this:
Type Ctrl+Alt+S

OR

On the top toolbar click "Tools" then click "Send and Recieve" then click "Define Send/Receive Groups"

In the "When Online" options change "Schedule and automatic send/receive every from 5 to 60 minutes.

Click Close.
