If a user upgrades their Windows 2000 Pro laptop to Service Pack 4 they may experience trouble dialing into our modem pool.  There is a bug which prevents the terminal window from operating properly and reporting an error.

After you upgrade your computer to Windows 2000 Service Pack 4 (SP4), you may no longer be able to connect to a server by using a remote access connection. When you try to connect, one of the following problems occurs:

• You receive the following error message:
  
  Script error.
  -or-
• You receive the following error message, and the terminal window will not start:
  
  Cannot load dialog. Error 0xc000007a:
