How do I disable the "Reading View" in Word?

I don't like how Word opens with the double page.  I would like it set back to the traditional scrolling view.

On the top toolbar click "View" then click "Normal"

You can also disable this permanently by clicking "Tools" then click "Options"

Uncheck the "Allow starting in Reading Layout" option.
