Make sure the printer bandwidth settings are set to unlimited.

To check:

1.  Open Citrix Management Console.

2.  Click on the Printer Management node.

3.  Click on the Bandwidth tab over on the right hand main window.

4.  Verify the bandwidth settings.

If the settings are less than Unlimited.

1.  Right click on the server you'd like to modify and choose Edit.

2.  Click on the Unlimited button and press OK.

3.  No other action is required, however you can verify the change was made by viewing the bandwidth tab.
