Unspecified Error received when clicking on a published application in NFUSE
Users using
the Program Neighborhood can launch published applications NFUSE users cannot
and receive the error "Unspecified Error"
Reasons the XML service would not run or stop:
Another application using port 80 or the same port that the XML service uses.
IIS or Remote Control applications typically are using this port.
