Click Run
type cmd and hit OK
At the dos prompt type gpupdate /force and hit enter
type exit to close the dos prompt.
If the user runs WINDOWS 2000
Click Start
Click Run
type cmd and hit OK
At the dos prompt type secedit /refresh machine_policy and hit enter
type exit to close the dos prompt.
