User receives enable or disable macro prompts for palmapp.dot

When I start Outlook I get a message that states the following:

c:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office10\STARTUP\PALMAPP.DOT contains macros.

Macros may contain viruses. It is always safe to disable macros, but if the macros are legitimate, you might lose some functionality.

After the above statements there are buttons that allow me to enable, disable, or obtain additional information.

I'd like to know how to get rid of this message from appearing each time I enter Outlook or Word?

Reboot the PC so the file is not in use.

Search for the file pal*.dot

Rename the file to palmapp.dot.old

Open Outlook and you should no longer see this.
