| We encountered this problem because when we provided the
name of our licensing server at the mycitrix site. We gave
it a fully qualified domain name. IE: server.domain.com What you need is
the exact syntax of what is reported when you drop to DOS and type
"hostname"
We went back to mycitrix and returned our licenses, then re-allocated them using only the hostname of our licensing server. Once the new license file was installed in the licensing server the connection licenses showed up on the first page. |
