Citrix Metaframe Error message WFSHELL encountered a problem and needed to close.  WFSHELL.EXE Crashes and leaves traces of this in the event log.

Reporting queued error: faulting application wfshell.exe, version 2.4.2085.1, faulting module unknown, version 0.0.0.0, fault address 0x00000000.

This affects Citrix Metaframe XP and Presentation Server 3.0 running on Windows 2000 and Windows 2003 server.

This is caused by HP and other Print drivers.  The easiest way to get rid of the error is to delete every printer.  Then go into server properties of the printer area and remove any HP driver.  Logoff and logon and you will likely go in clean.  Then it will be a matter of finding out which print driver is causing the problem.  I deleted a LaserJet 8100 driver on one server before I removed all drivers and was successful.  Add back the driver from the Windows 2003 or 2000 media and you should be able to use the printer without this error.
