How to Start Windows 2000 In Safe Mode

When you are having trouble with Windows 2000 is it helpful to start Windows 2000 in Safe Mode.  Starting Windows 2000 in Safe Mode prevents many drivers, programs and services from running giving you a better environment to use to troubleshoot Windows 2000 problems.  Many times running antispyware programs in safe mode works better than running anti-spyware programs in regular Windows 2000.
