How to Start Windows XP In Safe Mode

When you are having trouble with Windows XP is it helpful to start Windows XP in Safe Mode.  Starting Windows XP in Safe Mode prevents many drivers, programs and services from running giving you a better environment to use to troubleshoot Windows XP problems.  Many times running antispyware programs in safe mode works better than running anti-spyware programs in regular Windows XP.
