This is the Home Decorators Collection two drawer book shelf. For the price I was extremely happy with the quality. You would never notice it is not solid oak except for the back plate of thin stained wood. Assembly was a bit challenging but we got it figured out and had this one done in an hour. The things we learned from this one really helped with the other pieces from Home Decorators Collection.
Now that we knew we didn't have to worry about oak veneer we ordered the rest of my mission style furniture from Home Decorators Collection.

The book case was the most challenging Home Decorators Collection piece to assemble but with two people working on it we had it done in an hour. The look of this piece is fantastic and we paid only few hundred dollars vs. the thousand plus prices in the local stores.
