Minnesota State Lottery Headquarters is located in Roseville Minnesota.  This is where the huge Minnesota State Lottery winners go and claim their big Minnesota State Lottery checks.  Its fairly common to see TV crews lurking in the parking lot of the Minnesota State Lottery just after a large lottery winner is announced.  When you enter the Minnesota State Lottery building you can go to a room on the left and purchase lottery tickets or claim your winnings.  What's interesting about this is the people I've seen.  I've seen people cash in $500.00 in lottery winnings and get it all back in scratch off's and more power ball tickets.   When the lottery jackpots get huge there are lines inside the Minnesota State Lottery to purchase Power ball tickets.
